Description

This dynamic 25-hour course addresses the critical issue of teacher stress and its impact on the classroom. Participants will explore the science behind the stress response and learn to identify personal triggers. Through hands-on practice, you will master evidence-based mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques, and cognitive strategies to manage daily pressures effectively. The curriculum covers emotional self-regulation, building resilience, and setting healthy boundaries to achieve a sustainable work-life balance.
