Description
In today’s diverse classrooms, a one-size-fits-all approach is no longer effective. This intensive 25-hour course empowers educators with the tools to build inclusive and personalized learning experiences. We will explore key frameworks like Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and differentiated instruction. Participants will learn to adapt curriculum, teaching methods, and assessments to cater to a wide range of learning styles, abilities, and cultural backgrounds. Through collaborative workshops and case study analysis, you will design engaging, accessible activities that support students with diverse needs, including those with learning disabilities and gifted learners, fostering an equitable path to success for all.

Methodology & Assessment
This course is based on non-formal, participatory methods. It includes interactive presentations, hands-on workshops, case study analysis, and peer-to-peer learning in an international context. You will work on practical tasks, designing and sharing inclusive educational materials. Assessment is portfolio-based and continuous, focusing on active participation, the creation of a differentiated lesson plan, and contribution to group projects. A final session is dedicated to developing an action plan for implementing these strategies in your school.

All participants will get access to a digital toolkit containing presentations, lesson plan templates, practical guides on UDL and differentiation, and a curated library of online resources. A collaborative online space will facilitate continued exchange of best practices.
