Methodology & Assessment
The course employs a flipped learning approach, where participants first engage with pre-class materials (videos, readings, and interactive resources) and then participate in hands-on workshops during the in-class sessions. Activities include collaborative lesson planning, peer review, micro-teaching, and reflection sessions. Participants will also create their own blended learning resources and receive feedback from both peers and instructors. Assessment is based on active participation, the quality of the blended learning unit designed during the course, and a reflective portfolio.
