Who is it for? The target group (trainers) and indirectly their students will need to improve their capacity to recognize and manage digital data effectively. Data literacy is a key parameter of digital literacy, skills that are closely linked to academic and professional success, igniting your students’ creativity with cutting-edge technology that transforms their imaginative ideas into real-world objects.

Let’s see the Results
- Moodle Platform
- As part of our Erasmus+ KA2 project, we developed a dedicated Moodle platform — an easy-to-use online learning space where you can access everything you need to improve your data literacy skills.
- Inside, you will find:
- Vodcasts explaining key data topics with clear examples and practical insights
- Interactive courses designed to build more knowledge and confidence in working with data
- Vodcast Series
The project aims to create a series of engaging and informative podcasts on the topic of Data Literacy, targeting students and teachers in European vocational schools. The objective is to provide practical tools and knowledge to effectively navigate the world of data, promoting learning and the development of key skills for future professional careers
- Increase Awareness: To make students and teachers aware of the importance of Data Literacy in the modern world of work.
- Provide Practical Tools: To offer tools and techniques for collecting, analyzing, and critically interpreting data.
- Promote Learning: To create a stimulating and engaging learning environment through the podcast format.
- Foster Collaboration: To encourage the sharing of experiences and knowledge among students, teachers, and industry experts.
- Collaborating together, we created a vodcast series that highlights the growing importance of data literacy in Vocational Education and Training (VET).
- The series covers a range of key topics, from building foundational data analysis skills to exploring governance, visualization, and the role of data in shaping policy and industry, including tourism.
- Data Literacy Handbook
- Data literacy is the ability of individuals to examine, analyze, interpret, and communicate, individually or collectively, based on data. It includes technical knowledge on how to work with data and skills like critical thinking to evaluate data sources. Individuals with data literacy knowledge are better equipped to succeed in the modern workplace and make informed decisions in their personal and professional lives.
- The capacity to analyze data, draw conclusions that can guide decision-making, and effectively transmit information to target audiences are all included in data literacy. Given how rapidly technology changes, it is necessary to have an openness to change and possess a set of data literacy skills that all educators and teachers should have.
Dissemination Process
- Purpose
- We believe that meaningful work needs to reach the people it’s meant to support. That’s why the DLV project’s dissemination strategy is not just about spreading information, but about connecting with people, raising awareness, and inspiring real change across Europe. The purpose for all partners involved is to share the project journey and results within their communities and beyond, ensuring the project reaches local, national, and EU levels to guarantee wide visibility and long-term impact.
