Montessori, a teaching style developed by the Italian physician and teacher Dr. Maria Montessori, offers a very different experience for both the student and the teacher when compared to a traditional education. The Montessori Method is a prepared educational environment where children can live and work in freedom and peace. Based on Maria Montessori’s keen observations of children and her astute insights into how children learn, she developed an environment of child-size everything and rich learning materials that answer the needs of the child’s emerging developmental impulses.teachers will acquire the knowledge of a child-centered educational approach based on scientific observation of children
teachers will acquire a new view of the child as one who is naturally capable to develop his own learning path in a supportive, thoughtfully prepared environment
teachers will acquire a method which is still modern and effective in this multi-ethnic society at the age of “globalization”. As this Method teaches peace and inter-culture, acceptance of “the others” and the respect of others’ skills and abilities, parents and teachers all around the world are increasingly asking for this kind of Methodology
