Participants will develop the expertise to identify various learning disabilities and understand their unique impact on sports participation. A primary goal is learning to adapt rules, equipment, and activities to ensure every student can engage safely and effectively. The curriculum addresses neurodevelopmental disorders like Autism and ADHD, alongside physical disabilities and sensory impairments.

Simulated Interaction: Interactive role-playing scenarios are utilized to prepare educators for complex communication with parents, specialists, and support staff.
Strategic Planning & Reflection: The course culminates in the development of individual action plans for participants to implement in their home schools. This is supported by a guided cultural tour of Rome, blending academic learning with social and cultural reflection.

All participants will get access to a digital toolkit containing presentations, lesson plan templates, practical guides on UDL and differentiation, and a curated library of online resources. A collaborative online space will facilitate continued exchange of best practices.
