Description
This intensive 5-day course (25 total hours) is designed to provide European teachers with the knowledge, skills, and practical tools necessary to effectively implement differentiated instruction in their classrooms. In an increasingly heterogeneous educational context, the ability to adapt teaching to the diverse learning needs, cognitive styles, prior knowledge levels, and interests of students is fundamental to promoting meaningful and inclusive learning for all. Through a combination of theoretical presentations, interactive discussions, practical activities, case study analysis, and sharing of best practices, participants will explore various differentiation strategies that address content, process, product, and the learning environment. The course will focus on the practical application of these strategies in real classroom settings, providing teachers with concrete and easily implementable tools to improve the engagement, motivation, and success of all students, including those with special educational needs and particular talents. Particular attention will be paid to the effective use of digital resources and technological tools to support differentiation and personalize learning.

Methodology & Assessment
The course will adopt an interactive and participatory methodology, based on active learning and collaboration among participants. Sessions will include: short and focused theoretical presentations, group discussions and brainstorming, individual and group practical activities (e.g., designing differentiated activities, analyzing case studies), sharing of experiences and best practices, and use of interactive digital tools.
Assessment will be primarily formative and based on active participation in activities, completion of practical tasks, and individual reflection. There will be no formal summative assessment. Participants will be encouraged to reflect on their learning and identify concrete strategies for applying what they have learned in their professional context. At the end of the course, brief feedback on the training experience will be requested.
Materials, Digital Tools & Other Learning Resources
Paper-based and digital support materials will be provided (presentations, worksheets, examples of differentiated activities). Digital tools will be used for collaboration, resource sharing, and interactive activities (e.g., online platforms, apps). Useful online resources for further exploration of the topics covered will also be suggested.

Course package content:
The course package includes: participation in the 25 hours of training, bureaucratic assistance for Erasmus+, coffee breaks during sessions, certificate of participation, mobility logistics management upon request (excluding air travel: accommodation, local transportation, optional cultural activities), basic logistical assistance upon request.
Cancellation & Changes
In case of cancellation by the participant communicated at least 1 month before the start of the course, the full participation fee will be refunded. Alternatively, the paid budget can be retained for participation in a subsequent course, even in the future. We reserve the right to make minor changes to the program for organizational reasons, while ensuring the quality and learning objectives of the course.
